Generally I am not much of a punk fan. Too many punks are violent and some of the aesthetics of punk are frankly ugly.
Luckily the Descendents have come along to add a much needed amount of melodicism to the genre. The Descendents brand of Pop-Punk is just plain fun without any of the negative qualities of the punk genre I dislike. Heck judging by the music videos these guys are probably more nerds than punks!
There are many good songs on here but one of my faves is 'Sour Grapes'. I can certainly relate to it!
Also I like 'Weinerschnitzel'!
