Used to like his show. He used to do all kinds of cool rants that even reminded me of some of my own from back in the day. His journey to Libertarianism mirrored my own in some ways and he felt almost like a kindred spirit.
However lately Miller has been advising listeners to just basically 'give up' and become a zombie instead of becoming involved and knowledgeable about politics and attempting to implement some type of healing change!
He has told listeners he plans to 'shrug' (as in 'Atlas Shrugged' ) but I fear he doesn't really get it! John Galt may have shrugged, but he was still ideologically committed to his beliefs and even established a Libertarian Redout known as 'Galts Gulch'.
Maybe since he has made so much dough he just doesn't care anymore, he has 'got his' so to speak. Maybe he just lost the fire in his belly?
Also this is the worst possible time to just 'give up' and 'concentrate on yourself'. Rand Paul is in the Senate! Some of Obamas liberal statist authoritarian agenda is just getting out of the starting gates and could be stopped before hitting full speed by enough committed citizen activists talking hard!
All Dennis Miller needs is a decent blowjob!
